Half day health coaching

This is a half day focused on you and your wellbeing. You set the agenda or Rachel can give you some structure.

You have the option to cover any of the following:

  • Sleep
  • Energy
  • On the road and keeping healthy
  • Stress and burn out
  • Healthy eating
  • Weight issues
  • Fitness

You will come away with a plan for you to implement that will give you the tools to help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

The session includes a 30 minute follow up call 2 weeks after our session to see how you're progressing and tweak if necessary.

Accountability

After our time together, depending on how you want to work, you will have the opportunity to continue to work with me.

Location

The session is held at Rachel's home in Hertfordshire and is easily accessible by rail and road.

A tasty, healthy lunch will be provided during our time together.

Half day healthy cookery session

How many of us have loads of cookery books on our shelves, but go into overwhelm when trying to get inspired.

However, cooking tasty healthy food needn't be a chore. Learn how to cook delicious food that is simple and quick to prepare.

It doesn't matter whether you're a novice cook and want to know the basics to healthy cooking or you're more experienced and want to hone your skills. You'll be in good hands - Rachel originally trained in the hospitality industry and is a qualified chef.

We'll discuss what you want to achieve before your session and come up with a list of dishes to prepare. You get to take home what you don't eat for lunch!
